REVIEW: Flash Tattoos

They've been worn by Beyonce, Rihanna, and so many countless social media stars. They're jewelry-inspired metallic temporary tats called Flash Tattoos, that are captivating, fashionable, and jazz up any outfit in less than 3 minutes!

I'm sure you have all seen them by now.  If not, then visit your local boutique or ebay store to start creating masterpieces with these cool temporary tattoos. Just cut out the design from the paper, position it where you want it on your skin, sprinkle water (or place a damp towel on it) for about 30 seconds. Remove the back of the paper and you are all set!
